Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Including all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of these products and to ensure safety and quality, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chemicals (for safety and regulatory reasons)
  • Opened Film (to maintain light-sealed integrity)
  • Darkroom Supplies that have been opened or used
  • Archival Sleeves that have been opened

We handle these items with the same care we’d expect when receiving them ourselves, ensuring they remain pristine for the next photographer.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Contact Our Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship to Us

Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

5 Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
